I. Basic Provisions

Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

The Controller processes personal data that you have provided to them or personal data that the Controller has obtained based on the performance of your order:

  • Name and surname

  • Email address

  • Postal address

  • Phone number

  • IP address

The Controller processes your identification and contact data and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III. Legal Reason and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The legal reason for processing personal data is:

  • Performance of the contract between you and the Controller under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;

  • Fulfillment of the Controller’s legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;

  • The Controller’s legitimate interest in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial messages and newsletters) under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;

  • Your consent to processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial messages and newsletters) under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, in the case that no goods or services were ordered.

The purpose of processing personal data is:

  • To process your order and exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller.

  • To fulfill legal obligations towards the state.

  • To send commercial messages and conduct marketing activities.

The Controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.

IV. Data Retention Period

The Controller retains personal data:

  • For the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship (for 15 years after the termination of the contractual relationship).

  • Until consent to processing for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than 5 years.

After the retention period, the Controller deletes personal data.

V. Recipients of Personal Data (Controller’s Subcontractors)

The recipients of personal data are individuals:

  • Involved in providing services or executing payments.

  • Ensuring website operation services and other services related to website operation.

  • Providing marketing services.

The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country.

VI. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

  • The right to access your personal data.

  • The right to rectify personal data.

  • The right to erase personal data.

  • The right to object to processing.

  • The right to withdraw consent to processing.

You have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

VII. Conditions for Securing Personal Data

The Controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data. Access to personal data is granted only to authorized persons.

By submitting an order, you agree to these terms. The Controller is entitled to amend these terms and notify changes on the website.
